Products

All claims made on the product labels and website descriptions are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and not Happy Beaks, apart from in instances where we have sole responsibility for the supply of said products.

All reviews on the site are from independent individuals and are not the views of Happy Beaks or its staff. Happy Beaks takes no responsibility for incorrect information on products or reviews.

Liability for adverse reactions lies solely with the product manufacturer.

Please note all orders via this website must be placed by individuals 18 or over. By ordering from this website you are confirming that you are aged 18 or over.

Payments

Payments can be made by credit or debit card, through PayPal or by mail (e.g. cheque, postal order or cash (sent solely at customer's own risk)). If you choose to mail your payment your order will not be sent until the payment has been received and processed through our system. (In the case of cheques please allow up to 5 working days for clearance by bank).

Stock

Should the goods ordered be out of stock at any stage or not expected back in stock within seven days you will be notified by email and given the option of a) waiting for more stock to arrive b) other goods of the same value to be sent in replacement or c) a refund. Refunds will be issued in the same format as the initial payment.

Cancellation

Customers in the EU have the right to cancel their order within seven days of purchase.

Such cancellations are only honoured once the goods are returned to us (if sent) in the exact same condition as received. All costs incurred in returning the goods must be covered by the customer.

Prices

Even though we try to ensure our prices are always up to date situations beyond our control may arise where the prices are subject to change.

Law and Jurisdiction

The contract shall be governed by English law and we and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you access the website from locations outside of England and Wales you are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to that territory.

The contents of this website are protected by the law of copyright. All rights in this Website, including copyright, are owned or licensed to Happy Beaks, a subsidiary of BVG Group Ltd. You may copy or save items included in this Website for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

Import Duties

Goods ordered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and are not the responsibility of the Happy Beaks.

Delivery

Please note: in the event that you are unable to receive your delivery, our couriers may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe location.

Referring friends is easy. All you need to do is access your account and select "Refer a Friend" and follow the instructions on the page.

• To refer a friend, all you have to do is share your link/code with a first time customer who lives at a different address to you and goes on to make a purchase of over £20.
• Referrals cannot be made for people who share the same address.
• Referral codes/links posted on coupon or discount code sites do not count as referrals and may result in your referral code being changed.
• The Happy Beaks Refer a Friend scheme cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

Loyalty Points

• Each customer is automatically registered into the Happy Beaks loyalty points scheme on completing online registration.
• Only one account is permitted per customer and delivery address.
• Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Any individual found to have multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes will be automatically removed from the loyalty scheme and their account closed.
• Points awaiting approval will be added to your account 7 days after completion of your relevant order.
• All loyalty scheme points issued are valid for a 12 month period from date of issue, any points that are older than 12 months will automatically expire. It is the customer's responsibility to use all points within the valid period.
• Loyalty points can only be earned and redeemed via online orders only.
• There are no limits to the number of loyalty points that can be earned or redeemed in a 12 month period.
• We reserve the right to amend, restrict or remove this scheme at any time without prior notice.
• The posting of codes or referral links on voucher code or discount code websites is prohibited, points may be refused if codes are found listed on such sites. In addition to this Posting codes or referral links on any existing Happy Beaks social media based promotional activity, or "piggybacking" on the success of offers/discounts could see the removal of points, or further action being taken.
